I just finished my first JACK'D program made by Chelsea & I am blown away! I chose to do one of her at home, body weight, programs & I can tell a HUGE difference in my strength, stamina, & flexibility! I am a girl who used to HATE working out, but I have started to LOVE this 20-30 minutes of daily "me time". She has videos to show you how to do the moves & even offers modifications! She includes deep stretch/core AND rest days in her programs too. I'm already gearing up for my 2nd program with her! I can't wait to keep this momentum & progress going! Thank you so much Chelsea!

Tuesday...... There was a clock! Wow! Y'all are great!!!! BTW, loving the 2.5 pound plates you added too! Love this gym! Super clean and a wide variety of fitness equipment!!

This facility was one of the nicest gyms I've been to, especially for such a small town! It's clean, has well kept equipment, and I appreciate that they only charge month-by-month memberships, and do not lock people in yearly contracts.
